A crystal ballade of white bouquet, piquant Saffron and discreet leather.

Inspired by a rare and delicate flower from east Himalaya -Wintersweet- which blossoms when the first snow falls. 

The movement starts with a simple, and invigorating overtone from Bergamot and Sweet Orange, with a hint of warm white tea, enveloped by elegant Osmanthus and Rose petals. 

Gold Saffron, together with Pink Pepper and dry Apricot unfold a fascinating atmosphere with a dimension of velvet leather.

Composed by an ambery balsamic accord, the subtle animalistic notes add warmth and texture to an imaginary world of snow and petals.

A portrait of Spring

Green almond trees in blossom, bluebells, hyacinths, spring flowers, rose, green grass, jasmine and tilia (linden blossom), L’Amandière has a complex structure that is full of life and intelligence. The result is like an olfactive interpretation of an imaginary Spring orchard in which everything is simultaneously in flower.

L’Ombre dans l’Eau Eau de Parfum by Diptyque. A stroll through an English garden continues into the rose garden. On a bed of moss, the voluptuous, sensual Damask roses spread their petals, perched on their fresh stems.

Philosykos Eau de Parfum by Diptyque. The sun is at its peak. The famous fig tree comes in a different guise, less fruity and warmed till white-hot by a mist of cedar. Wooded and racy, the nourishing accents from its bark and luxuriant foliage envelop the scent.

From the far ends of the earth comes a fragrance transparent in nature. Owari opens up with rare mandarins from the Japanese province of Owari and freshly crushed grapefruit leaves. The heart consists of the intensely vibrant Cubeb pepper and Tonkin musk from the Chinese mountains.

The primitive ambiance of southern Mediterranean peaks combined with the ancient fertility of Anatolian soils brings forth a herbaceous blend of verdant galbanum and raw lentisque. Airborne, is an attempt to capture a sense of my journeys from Cyprus to London. I proposed an imaginary scenario as to how neroli, lemon or lentiscus from Cyprus could incur change during and after an air journey from Mediterranean Cyprus to a London urban setting.
