Berlin based DJ, producer and label owner Oliver Deutschmann presents his debut album 'Out of the Dark'.
Oliver runs vidab with label partner Stephan Hill, together curating an impressive catalogue of quality, raw and analog-infused house and techno. He also created the Falkplatz label as a further outlet for his energetic A&R tendencies. Firmly established in the underground, Deutschmann has stood behind his unique brand of 4/4 beats for more than a decade; a permanent fixture at Panorama Bar for over 4 years with his dubby, pushing house vibes, old school drums, intense peaks and driving moderndramatics.

One of electronic music’s most intriguing and often outspoken characters, DJ Sprinkles aka Terre Thaemlitz moved to Japan from the US in 2001 and as Resident Advisor report the mix is his own sonic reaction to Japan’s worrying “Fuzoku” laws, which allows Police to enter and raid clubs for the “crime” of dancing. A recent Time Out Tokyo article highlighted how “venues routinely post ‘No dancing’ signs, with some even sending staff onto the floor to ask customers to stop moving to the music,”. Thaemlitz deeply dug tracklist boasts an esoteric assortment of rarities from a collection of underground ’90s house figures including Fingers Inc, Gene Farris, Lectroluv, Braxton Holmes and Classic Man. Russian deep house producer Alex Danilov and the now defunct MyMy collaboration between Nick Höppner and Lee Jones lend a more contemporary feel to the mix.

Woodkid, the Grammy-nominated French director/artist/producer/musician behind acclaimed videos for Lana Del Rey’s global hit Born To Die, Drake & Rihanna’s Take Care and Katy Perry‘s Teenage Dream, steps out from behind the camera with the release on Island Records of his debut album ”The Golden Age”. The eagerly awaited album follows Woodkid’s 2011 EP Iron, the video for which attracted more than 25 million views.

The first sound we hear on good kid, m.A.A.d. city is a prayer: "Thank you, Lord Jesus, for saving us with your precious blood," voices murmur, evoking a family dinner gathering. The album's cover art, a grubby Polaroid, provides a visual prompt for the scene: Baby Kendrickdangles off an uncle's knee in front of a squat kitchen table displaying a 40-ounce and Lamar's baby bottle. The snapshot is such an unvarnished peek into the rapper's inner life that staring at it for too long feels almost invasive. This autobiographical intensity is the album's calling card. Listening to it feels like walking directly into Lamar's childhood home and, for the next hour, growing up alongside him. 

Kendrick's second studio album, good kid m.A.A.d city is a 12 track project featuring superstars such as Dr. Dre, Lady Gaga, Drake, and more.

The three-part project, to debut on Nov. 13 through Universal Republic, will contain material from Weeknd's past three mixtapes ("House of Balloons," Thursday," and "Echoes of Silence") and bonus tracks including "Valerie," "Twenty Eight," and "Till Dawn (Here Comes the Sun)."
